This is a beautiful house just 200 metres to the Lake shore. 50 metres from the local supermarket and restaurant etc.

The space
With 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed, (one with ensuite WC) and another bedroom with a pull out forming two singles). Lovely open plan ground floor with dining area and kitchen with a raised living area, two way fireplace visible from the living & dining areas.

Air conditioning on the top floor.

2 full bathrooms, one with bath & shower and one with just shower.

Fantastic wooden deck area with built in BBQ and sink.

Front & rear garden

*The spruce trees in the garden have been removed for safety reasons.
