The space
Curl up with a book in the sunroom and you may never want to leave. Enjoy this cozy three-bedroom home, furnished with two queens, a twin and a day bed, sleeping a maximum of six people. Enjoy Roku TV, a DVD library, hi-speed wireless internet, a library of classics, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a piano built in Elmira.
Enjoy coffee out front on the brick patio, or a glass of wine out back by the koi-less pond.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, serving dishes, both formal and everyday dishes. There is a drip coffee pot and coffee, as well as a large selection of tea.
Everything is provided for your comfort: linens, towels, soap, shampoo, and coffee and cream—a few groceries and you’re ready to cook.
Within an hour's drive you can hike, swim, see waterfalls, taste wine, or shop. Or, you can just relax at a house you can call home.
This is not a B&B, but a guest house where you get the whole house to yourself. Ideal for romantic getaways, reunions or family get-togethers. Located at 323 Glen Avenue in West Elmira, 45 minutes from the Finger Lakes wineries, 10 minutes from the mall and 20 minutes to Corning.
Please note the daybed is located in the Sun Room which does not have a door.
2 night minimum; sorry, no pets allowed; no smoking allowed.

Guests have sole access to kitchen, dining room, living room, all 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 1/2 baths, and the outdoor patios (front and back).

Other things to note
As of July 2022, guests can purchase travel insurance on the Airbnb checkout page. The Generali travel insurance policy provides trip cancellation reimbursement. Because I have a strict cancellation policy, I highly recommend guests to purchase this policy.
