Entertain in the open dining and kitchen space, with the aid of a huge fridge, farmhouse sink, and big gas stove. A cup of Keurig in hand, watch the Smart TV set above a decorative brick fireplace. Unwind on the massive backyard patio equip with a built-in Gas BBQ and pool. End the day soaking in a claw-foot tub in the beautiful master bath.

The space
The front half of the house was an original, historic 1920's brick bungalow. In early 2016 a major renovation was done to add over 900+ square feet to the back of the house. Brick walls run throughout the interior of the home, subway tiles in the bathrooms, beautiful fireplace in the living room.

There are three very spacious bedrooms with tons of natural light! If you like a blend of new + old, modern + retro this is absolutely the space for you. The home is super cozy. The open kitchen dining offers great entertaining space - gas stove, huge fridge, farmhouse sink. Tons of space for talking, eating, drinking, relaxing.

I think the beds are all super comfortable too - so I hope you think they are as well! They range from super cloud like to more firm, so there is something for everyone.

Pool: the pool vacuum MUST be left in the pool with all hoses attached. DO NOT remove the pool vacuum from the pool or unplug the hose. The pool cleans itself over night. The equipment must be left in place so the pool does not turn green.

Inside House
-You can use the SmartTV to link up to Netflix & Amazon Prime Video
-Anything in the fridge is yours to consume / use
-Please feel free to use the Keurig & pods (if you’re like me, you won’t be able to survive without coffee in the morning)
-The showers get SUPER HOT – so please be VERY cautious and do not burn yourself
-Feel free to use the washer & dryer if you’d like to

Outside Backyard
-Built in gas BBQ grill
-Mini beverage fridge
-Mini sink to quickly wash
-Lovely patio furniture to sit and relax
-Pool built in for ultimate fun

Other things to note
The blue bin at the front of the house is for recycling only. The main trash bins are in the back alley through the gate in the back yard.
