This spacious 2,000 SF, 4-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and breathtaking scenery. Enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Rainier, Gig Harbor, and the Puget Sound ferries right from your window. Situated on a 1-acre lot, the property features easy one-step entry. Relax by the signature rock fireplace in the living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or unwind in the private hot tub. With the bulkhead just 20 steps away, you can easily launch a kayak, swim, or explore the beach.

The space
The main living area is upstairs and in the lower level there is a family/TV/game room should kids or someone want some private space. Also on the lower level is an exterior door to the lower deck where you can relax and enjoy the privacy and views.

Lots of things to do for the whole family. Kayak, paddle board, swim or walk the beach. Hiking trail within walking distance. Take a 10 minute ferry ride to Tacoma and enjoy the Point Defiance Zoo, Anthony's Restaurant or the new Ruston Way development. 10 minute drive to the town of Vashon for shopping, great restaurants, theater and art studios. Or explore the many points of interest on the island.

Bring your boat (25' or less) as we have a mooring buoy. Provided are 2 kayaks and a paddle board on the 80' bulkhead where you will find a fire pit and lawn chairs. On the bulkhead or the grassy front yard makes for a great place to put up a tent.

Without a doubt when visiting Vashon you have to stay on the water and The Eddy...the place to stay!
