Tereglio is a great base from which to explore the region. It also has the necessary amenities to enjoy a peaceful retreat away from it all including a bar on the same street, serving great drinks, snacks, coffee and food. A restaurant serving traditional tuscan cuisine. A deli, shop, post office and butcher.
There are numerous fantastic walking routes up into the local hills and Apennines from Tereglio and we are the closest village to the Orrido di Botri gorge and natural reserve.

Tereglio is a really friendly and welcoming village and this region of Tuscany has so much to explore. We are close to Bagni di Lucca and Lucca. The coast, the Cinque Terra, Pisa, Florence and skiing at Abetone are all a short drive or train day trip away.

We recommend a car, but the public transport here is really good. There are regular buses from Tereglio, especially in school term time. Trains quickly take you from Bagni di Lucca and Ghivizzano to Lucca and beyond.

We are dedicated to ensuring our guests have a great holiday so are able to help with your planning and ready to answer any questions. We can accommodate up to 16 guests, so let us know your requirements and we will be happy to help.
