Our typical mountain style home is located in S.Lucia, Bormio, a quiet neighbourhood 1km away from the town centre, the cable car and the thermal baths. It is just opposite a lovely children playground and it is also close to the free shuttle bus stop. It also comes with a private garage (for bikes and two vehicles), two private balconies, a 100sqm terrace. Close to all amenities, the flat is very warm, bright and quiet, for a relaxing stay.

The flat is totally independent. Situated on the first floor overseeing the park, it has a fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher), two private balconies and a garage, that you can lock. The flat is very convenient for reaching the ski slopes (Bormio 2000 and Motte di Oga), and is also located close to the main road to Livigno. Bormio old town is 1km by foot (river walk), otherwise the free shuttle is also an option if you do not wish to drive. Biking, running and trekking paths are on the doorstep (connecting Bormio, Premadio and Cepina) without mentioning Stelvio, Gavia and Mortirolo for harder cyc(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) mt from the house is also a brand new sports facility with football, basketball, beach-volleyball courts.
