Our location is a 5 min. walk to Jordan-Hare Stadium (football) and the Auburn Arena (basketball), a 2 min walk to Auburn's Business building, Momma Goldbergs & Goalpost convenience store, or about a 10 min. walk to the center of AU Campus. This condo is good for couples, solo & business travelers, or proud parents visiting AU students! Comes with ONE parking pass for condo parking lot. Walking distance to downtown!

The space
AUBURN DECORE GALORE! Includes a full kitchen with cooking basics; crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, full size fridge with icemaker and filtered water, steak knife set, four bar seats, full size dishwasher, large flat-screen TV, FREE WIFI, fold-out double sofa bed (linens provided by request or if registering a 3rd guest), two leather club chairs, ceiling fans, and Charter Cable TV (200+ channels). WE PROVIDE: towels, soap, shampoo, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Guest access
Full private access to den, kitchen, 1.5 baths, and bedroom. Access is with a keyless code given to guest at check-in. Our cell phone is provided for any questions or issues. Please no parties or guest under 25 years old unless accompanied by an adult(s). THREE GUEST MAX. Please adhere to the 11 AM CST checkout unless you have requested a late check out.

Other things to note
ONE PARKING PASS . PASS MUST REMAIN ON YOUR CAR'S REAR VIEW MIRROR AT ALL TIMES or it WILL get towed. They love to tow cars without passes on campus - especially on weekends. The parking pass will be on the kitchen bar upon check-in. PLEASE return pass or a $100 charge will be incurred (that is our actual replacement cost from our condo association!). If you plan to cook, PLEASE do not put a bunch of food/left-overs down the sink. It will stop up fairly easy due to size of plumbing pipes. No shrimp shells, no meat, or anything else bulky. Do not cook with grease - it will incur extra cleaning fees. Please take out the trash when you leave. Thank you and WDE

Neighborhood highlights

Our condo is right on campus! - SAFE and walking distance to almost everything! The complex is surrounded by another gameday condo and college student apartments. It is 1/4 mile from fraternity row, 5 min. walk to football stadium and about a 7 min walk to the basketball arena. Momma Goldbergs deli is a 1 min. walk (two doors down)
