Close to iconic local attractions, eg: Botanic Gardens, Yarra River, Chapel St, Tennis Centre, St Kilda Rd PLUS shops, cafes, markets,restaurants, supermarkets, cinemas. The nearby local train station is just 2 stops to the CBD.

The space
Light, warmth, sunlight, privacy and a beautiful treed outlook from every window are some of the features of this stunning South Yarra Stays one bedroom apartment that was meticulously renovated over many months.

Featuring solid walls and rear location, it is in a quiet private cul de sac part of the property. You will not hear the normal inner city din from living in such a popular area.

This contemporary apartment has all new co-ordinated furnishings (eg twin Samsung wall mounted flat screen smart tv's etc). It has an abundance of cupboard, wardrobe and storage space.

The building features a small on-site gymnasium that includes a quality treadmill, exercise bike and multi-exercise weights station.

The apartment is centrally located and in close proximity to many of our iconic local features such as Melbourne's Botanic Gardens and the Yarra River. It is also conveniently located near train, tram, shops, restaurants, cafes etc.

Lastly, we understand that staying in touch with loved ones and knowing where things are in your new environment is important to you, so we are also providing free unlimited internet access.

Guest access
Access to your South Yarra Stays apartment is via our security entrance. Folk on the outside of the building can communicate with you via your security intercom. Your apartment has restricted key access so that previous residents cannot duplicate their key.

Incase you find yourself coming back with a load of fresh fruit and produce from the local markets, we also have an on-site elevator.

From a local access perspective, you are spoilt with transport access and features such as the Botanic Gardens (which I personally feel is one of the wonders of the world!) and Melbourne's majestic 200 km long Yarra River, which has a wonderful 2 km walking track graced by greenery, that will take you into the city.

You also have 24 hour access to our small on-site training gym that includes a treadmill and multi station resistance equipment.

And lastly, we also provide you with complimentary and unlimited internet access.

Other things to note
Basic rates are for two people sharing the queen size bed. Additional rates apply for a 3rd person and/or sofa bed linen hire.
