The other great thing is that it's a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood, whit a lot of privacy, and it's a part called by the locals “the New 5th Avenue” because It's less tacky, more a mix of tourists, expats, and locals, but still very safe, clean, and walkable!
You will enjoy this paradise waking up hearing the jungle birds in the trees from the park outside your window and still be within minutes, if not seconds, of walking distance from the beach, nightlife disco bars, and Restaurants.
