Cozy 1-bed apartment with balcony in the heart of Dublin city, right beside Dublin's oldest pub "The Brazen Head", and just a 15-minute walk to Trinity College - or a 10-minute stroll to Temple Bar.

Supermarkets (Tesco & Lidl, open till 10 pm) are just 6-minutes away. And as the apartment faces into a courtyard, so it's quiet at night

All in all, an excellent location for a summer stay or for a semester studying or teaching abroad.

The space
The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room/kitchen & bathroom. Plus there's excellent fast internet throughout.

Please note, there is no longer a sofa bed in the living room - just a comfortable sofa.
