Our 1,400 sq ft Farmhouse is located just north of Fairview in quiet Milburn Valley.

We're a family-friendly place that's great for a "Stay-cation", couples weekend or for friends who just want to get away for a while. You can also work from home while staying with us.

The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage.

There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

The space
You are welcome to use any item you need while staying at the Farmhouse.

We've tried to stock the Farmhouse with everything that we would want if we were staying there ourselves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools and seasonings/spices you need for a home cooked meal. Ever cooked in a cast iron skillet? You can at the Farmhouse.

A BBQ grill (propane) with tools, is available on the covered back porch for you to use. Steak, chicken, fresh caught fish, hot dogs and even veggies always taste better on the grill. (S'mores are great, too.)

There is plenty of space for an outdoor picnic and kids to run around the yard and play games, they won't bother the neighbors :). Or, maybe just soak in the fresh mountain air and watch the sunset, then the stars come out. Yes, you can really see them here. We also love watching the seasons change in the backyard.

Board games and books (for 'kids' of all ages) are available for those quieter moments.

The TV has internet and Roku capabilities, so you can log in (with your account) to watch Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, YouTube TV, listen to music, etc. (no cable). A DVD player is available with a variety of movies.

Have a couple more kids? There's a queen size sofa sleeper, two toddler air mattresses, two Pack and Plays and room for a queen size air mattress in the common area. Or, maybe throw down a sleeping bag, if you're so inclined. Plenty of extra bedding for those colder nights.

If you have any personal needs or need to tweak something, just reach out to us and we will do our best to help accommodate you, (even if it's for a cup of sugar).

Our guests will have access to the entire home including the 2 car garage. There is also a large yard to relax or play in.

The Farmhouse is located on the L. G. Daley Farm in Milburn Valley.

Other things to note
We live on a cattle ranch, hence there will be cattle and all that comes with that.

Most days, you will see us out on the tractor, the side x side or in the fields.

You are welcome to watch what we do, but please respect the farm, the animals, the rancher and their space.

Neighborhood highlights

Milburn is an unincorporated community in Sanpete County, Utah, United States.

Five miles north of Fairview, Milburn once was a recognized town which was skirted by the railway. Milburn got it's name after the valley's grist mill burned down.

Others coined it 'Yellow Rose Valley' due to all the wild yellow roses that grew in the valley. Today, Milburn is mostly an agricultural region, but remnants of the original town remain.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, except for an occasional tractor or cow, and a little bit of nostalgia, we are the place for you.

I spend too much time: Looking at cattle and sunsets.
Lynn & Angie are cattle ranchers (running the same farm Lynn grew up on), lovers of small town life, travelers to new places (foreign & domestic), and foremost, family folks (4+3 kids & 5 grandkids). Outside of ranch life, Lynn recently retired as a general contractor building custom homes in the valley. Angie can be found in the garden, taking pics of cows & sunsets or playing with grandkids. We believe every day is a gift, so spend it well.
