A stunning 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on the river in Dublin City Center. Comfortable & modern, south facing with roof deck and a 5 minute walk to Temple Bar and all tourist attractions. Everything you need for the perfect stay in this charming city.
Big open loft style. The Apt is south facing on the Quays and the bedrooms are totally quiet as they face away from the Quays. Idyllic and peaceful with all modern conveniences. This is a very chilled and comfortable apartment with a big comfy sofa that will sleep a 5th person.
Full access to full apartment including all cooking facilities and microwave, 2 bathrooms, balcony, roof deck, wifi, cable TV in bedroom and living room.
Interaction with Guests
I will leave the keys with the Solicitor on the ground floor. Plus have lots of great tips on where to eat and hang out.
A 6 minute walk to Dublin Castle, along the river, the apartment is city center yet quiet plus just a 5 minute walk to the famous Guinness Store House.
Dublin's famous Smithfield square is literally across the river facing the apartment. There are a number of very trendy, good value restaurants with amazing food 2 minutes away on Benburb St. The art house cinema "The Light House" is across the street also on the square
You can walk everywhere, jump on the Luas Tram across the street or take a Dublin Bike. You can take the air bus from the airport which stops 10 seconds from the front door or just jump a taxi which will cost around €23. Or you can borrow my bike. My car may also be available for rental.
Other Things to Note
This is a very clean, peaceful and tasteful space.
No smoking and no parties
We would like to thank you for letting us rent your apartment. It is in a great location and was very quiet. It was perfect for the four of us and we appreciated the tickets. We had a blast.
We had an amazing experience! The apartment is like it came out of a magazine. Great space, very well decorated, practical and beautiful kitchen and amazing balcony and terrace with breathtaking view. Brendan was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The area is also incredible on its own and a breath away from various night and day hotspots. Overall incredible experience and definitely coming back!
Myself and 2 friends made a last minute decision to go to Dublin for NYE. We had heard good things about Airbnb but never actually used them before - so we were a little apprehensive. However, there was absolutely no need to be. From the moment we first inquired - Brendan was brilliant- fast response and very helpful. Considering how last minute our decision was we were really impressed with Brendan. Sadly, he was on holiday so we never got to meet him but he had left us in the safe hands of his sister who let us in to the apartment (earlier than check in time as we had a morning flight). Brendan checked in with me to make sure all was okay with a lovely call and his sister was very helpful. The apartment itself i could talk all day about - truly an amazing space. Wonderfully quirky but still so homely. Comfy beds and glorious shower (Brendan had asked us not to use the ensuite shower due a leak but that was no problem as there was just us 3 girls). We were even left little toiletries! On the Friday when we left my friend spoke to Brendan's sister to ask if we could possibly push check out back by an hour as our flight wasn't til the evening - we were told to stay as long as we like which was very much appreciated. A truly wonderful apartment, amazing location and fantastic overall experience start to finish - thanks a million, Brendan! xoxo
Great apartment and location. Very central to major points of interest in Dublin. Photos very descriptive of rental. Brendan addressed our needs very well and communication was excellent. Delightful experience and happy to recommend to future travelers.
Really chic and nice apartment. Stayed here with three other friends and absolutely loved it. Brendan was great and super helpful. The apartment was in a great area too, everything was walking distance ( temple bar area)
I just returned home after a wonderful visit in Dublin. Brendan sent me an email ahead of time with recommendations on where we could go out to eat, and other local attractions. He had someone meet us at the apartment and even said we could get in before 11am, although we didn't need to. He left us coffee and milk for the morning and clean towels. He texted me after we checked in just to make sure everything was okay. The apartment was centrally located and we walked to everything. The apartment is very spacious and there are great views from the roof. I would definitely recommend it.
