The entire home is yours to enjoy. The A-Frame cabin is also situated on a quiet road with little or no traffic, which adds to the peace and tranquility of the mountain getaway.

The lake and the lake trail in Lake Arrowhead are private. You will not have access. Lake Gregory a 15 min drive is a public beach with water slides, boat and kayak rentals and inflatable water park.
There is a max 3 car parking and max 5 guests in my driveway and no street parking.
2 dogs max $100 fee. Pets must be on leash at all times outside of the property.
I have been renting my 2 vacation homes for the past 14 years and have over 470 5* star reviews on my web site. See my profile. One week prior to your arrival I will send you pertinent cabin arrival info and key code. Min rental is 2 nights except for Holidays.

Beach Towels, toiletries, shampoo and bath products, Serving platters or large serving bowls for your group's use and any specialty cooking supplies (serving spoons, roasting pans or casserole dishes), Keurig coffee pods, hot cocoa, tea bags and creamer/sweeteners, etc, Drinking water (jugs or bottled water) Extra toilet paper and paper towels depending on the size of your group.

Please provide your own beach towels do not take our towels off the property.
Starter supply of toilet paper and a roll of paper towels in kitchen
Firewood, starter supply of trash bags.
Kitchen stocked with the basics (cooking and eating utensils, knives, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, pots/pans, toaster and blender).
Dish soap and hand soap and sponge, Keurig coffee make with starter cups) BBQ/ Washer & Dryer, detergent, iron, hair dryer.
Exterior security Camera: The property has a surveillance camera placed on the front staircase. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in case of break-ins, and in no way infringes upon the guests' expectation of privacy.

The A frame cabin is the perfect home base located near hiking trails, Lake Arrowhead Village, shops, restaurants, ski resorts & Lake Gregory regional park for swimming, boating and more. This is an all season vacation rental with warm summer days and snow in the winter.
The famous Lake Arrowhead Village offers many beautiful shops and restaurants as well as "The Arrowhead Queen" boat ride around the lake. The village has fabulous outdoor concerts during the summer months as well as Octoberfest in the winter.

***Lake Arrowhead is privately owned by property owners in Arrowhead woods and not available for use, but nearby Lake Gregory Regional park is a 15 min drive offering 84 acres of water sports, rentals, kayaking, boating, fishing as well as a gigantic inflatable water park with lifeguards and fun water slides.
