The space
Our house has been renovated & well maintained since October 2016 with 10 rooms for rent, in which 2 studios have balcony, sofa bed, private kitchen & washing machine (#03, #08).

Electricity is partly generated from solar panels on the roof to reduce pollution.

If you are more than 2 guests, you can book studio #03, #08, 2 rooms or more in the same house.

There are 2 common areas:
1. A fully equipped kitchen with 6 seater dining table, iron...
2. A living room with big TV, sofa, books...
to share with other guests.

Guest access
The house has a private entrance for all guests (24/7 access).
Everybody can access all the common areas on the 1st & 2nd floors + motorbike parking.
The shutter is closed after 10pm for security reason.
Each room has a smart card & a shutter remote. Please keep them carefully. Otherwise you will be charged $5 per card, $20 per remote.

During your stay
I am available by phone, SMS, email, Viber, Whats App, Zalo or in person as I live in the same house on the ground floor.
Please feel free to contact me if you encounter any problems.

Other things to note
A camera system is installed in common areas (parking, common lounge, common kitchen) for security purposes only.
Cleaning is done once a week for long stays, additional cleaning ($10/time) upon request.
Besides the washing machine & the dryer on the 1st floor, you can also ask me to use my machines on the ground floor for free.
Tap water in Vietnam is not drinkable. You'll have 1 complimentary water bottle in your room at checkin, then you can boil water or buy other bottles to drink. I can also provide a big water bottle (20L) at $4.
In the bathroom cabinet under the sink, you'll find a hair dryer, extra toilet paper, & some laundry detergent. If you need more, please purchase it yourself.

My house is halfway between Tan Son Nhat airport & the city center. There are many shops, banks, restaurants, coffee shops... within walking distance (Phan Dang Luu & Phan Xich Long streets).
A 24-hour convenience store is right across the street (Satra). You can also go to Coopmart Phan Xich Long by motorbike or taxi (5mn) for more choices.
There are also conventions, sports and wedding centers like White Palace, Adora, Quan Khu 7 Stadium... just 5 mn away by taxi.
