SMALL house 60m2 with living room (kitchen)+SMALL bedroom 8m2 separated BY removable partition ONLY from the adjacent bedroom. mezzanine upstairs. Cohabitation possible in the house if the 2 rooms are rented.
Modest, with the indispensable § that lives. Dust, storage, random dishes
For solo traveller not chilly ...T°15 to 17°
C "à la bonne franquette" but smiling welcome guaranteed :)

The space
The "quality/price" ratio is, I think, indisputable...(even at the campsite of Guéret we do not have a campsite with hot water and electricity at this price...) However, it is a rather "scout" welcome, (simple, but warm...!). I receive visitors as I receive my family or friends. The house is in a hamlet far from everything, in the countryside of Creuse. Not suitable for those seeking the "comfort" of the city, but ideal to rest in absolute calm.

Where you’ll be

Anzême, Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou-Charentes, France

small hamlet of a few houses, 12 km from Guéret, town where there is everything, 12 minutes drive. Quiet, (even "isolated" will say some...), ideal for resting and for walks.

i am a school nurse, I like to be in contact with people, talking (nature, psycho, travel, etc.). I live with one of my sons, I make my second's room available, or mine, depending on it. I am a welcoming and smiling woman (in general ;-), not necessarily a fairy of the house, but my house is correct and above all warm...
I don't offer a hotel service, which is not the original spirit of Airbnb, but a "homestay" welcome: sharing the daily life, community, in a modest way. With joy and a good mood, we often share with guests a small aperitif, an apple pie, dishes, sometimes a hike, a reading evening, a show, and in general, good evenings with a smile, or even laugh... :-). But for those who just pass by and need to rest, no worries, the house is quiet, much appreciated by all, and I think that's the key for me: being able to rest serenely (more important than dust...)
