All I wish during my summer holiday is that the apartment is clean, with free AC, free WiFi, bed linen and extras like two bikes, a baby crib, PlayStation and Netflix in case of days with bad weather. Yes, all of that I offer to all my guests.

The space
It is ideal for a family with two kids or couples who want to enjoy the beautiful Croatian sea, cousins and all the island's possibilities. With just 65m from the seaside. You can make a coffee, leave it on the table, and go for a swim. Once you are finished swimming and back to the apartment, your coffee is just perfect for drinking.

This apartment would make an excellent base from where you could explore the delights of this ancient walled city (Kula) or take yourself off for a day on the beach. The apartment is 40m2 big and thoroughly cleaned in preparation for your arrival.

The rental price includes free WiFi, bed linen, towels, two bikes, air conditioning, water and electricity. There are balconies/terraces with garden furniture for your enjoyment.

A 1-minute walk from beaches/bays, a 2-minute walk from local shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, 5 min walk to the bus stop and a 15 min walk to the centre.

A taxi from the airport will cost approximately 50 Euros, but renting a car is entirely recommended so you can explore the region. It is about a 30-minute drive from the airport to the apartment.

Guest access
The apartment is on the ground floor, and you have one parking space next to the house.

Other things to note
Just to let you know, the apartment is only 40m2 and ideal for four people.

The number of guests is set to 4; the expectation is two adults with three kids. If this rule breaks, an additional fee will be applied, 50€ per day per extra guest.

Each guest must be registered at the tourist organisation, and I do that electronically within 48 hours of arrival.

All I need is the passport photo or the national ID document. If I do not receive all guest's documents or register you after 48h, and some punishment comes due to the late registration, all the fees will have to be paid by you in total.
