Conveniently located in downtown Salt Lake City. This spacious open floor plan studio is close to shops, bars, and the University of Utah. Being 6 blocks from the heart of downtown. Fully equipped with a queen posturepedic mattress, full kitchen and full bathroom. Stand alone furnace and window AC unit with a full length mirror and great morning lighting with black out shades. Conveniently located in the front of the building, where building traffic may be heard.

The space
One bedroom open floor plan studio with a private bathroom, tub and full kitchen. Breakfast table located in the kitchen with a full length mirror in the bedroom next to the furnace. A blue lounge chair in the open space. Centrally located in the space is a Queen temperpedic with a night stand on each side. Double door standing closet with shelves and hangers in the closet next to the bed. Complete privacy with black out shades as well as blinds in the main open area for complete darkness. Our home is located facing a street for great people watching as well. Private entryway building access as well to a washer and dryer in the building. Parking is found on the street in front of our building with no assigned spots. Please be advised of the posted signs.

Guest access
Guest access is limited to your unit which is 450+ SF a shared washer and dryer in the basement of the building located next to the mailboxes. Small backyard and open hallway connected to 7 other apartments in the building. A separate brown wood double front door allows access to our building, with a private door to your apartment.

We are a pet friendly location. We do charge a per pet additional fee with week and month deals. Please inquire with us prior to booking so we can best serve your needs.
