Also, the same steps lead to the picturesque footpath that runs through Germanika ending up at Parikia's townhall, at the start of the busy Seafront Road of Parikia.
Close to the beach & nightlife
It is also perfectly situated to watch the glorious Paros sunsets.
Our room at Stratos Studios was very neat and quite pretty. The balcony was a nice addition to the room. Yannis was kind enough to pick us up at the port and those at the front desk were always willing to answer our questions. It was about a 10 minute walk to the port, very manageable. A good place to stay.
Beautiful apartments facing the sea. It was the start of the season and everything was painted new. Stratos and his family took great care of us during our stay and everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend Stratos studios for anyone coming to Paros
On this island, I deeply advice a restaurant named "Albatros", that is SO good !
My stay in this hotel was a bit bizarre : Raphaël came to pick me up at the port and explained quickly the main things, that was okay. Then at the hotel, he shew me the room with a raw view, and tells you that it exists another with a better view for 5€ extra.... In the evening, I've rent a car for the next day, Raphaël's father offered me a glass of wine, and I've been staying there having nice conversation to kind persons, especially a girl who doesn't work for the hotel.
Next morning on my balcony, I had a talk to my neighbours, and they adviced me with my car. Then we have talked about the prices, and it wasn't the same at all : my car was 25€ for 1 and half day whereas my neighbours' was 45€ for the same time renting. They went to Raphaël's father to make it change, and after long talks, they had only 5€ discount. Since that moment, the owner (Raphaël's father) wasn't so nice to me anymore....
After talking again with my neighbours, I've learnt that the extra price for them to get a more beautiful view was 10€ per day... so that price is twice here too !
In Greece, we do know that some people change the prices for tourists, but unfortunately for them, people talk each other, and much more if they are coming from the same country ! So if I come back to Parros' island, I won't go there, I've sure you can find better place. The only possitive point was to me this girl not from the hotel and also my french neighbours, they were lovely !
The listing description was very accurate. The rooms were spotless and Yannis picked us up from the port which was so so helpful and convenient. This was something we did not experience at any other air bnb during our stay in Greece. They cleaned our room everyday and were very sure to check in and make sure we had everything we needed.
We had an amazing stay at Paros, thanks to Yannis and his brother who were very kind and available. They picked us up at the port and they adviced us very nicely about the island. Our studio was very clean and convenient, with a beautiful view. Possibility to rent scooters directly at the Inn was definitely a plus!
We definitely recommend !
