Warm modernized Victorian apartment located in the heart of upper Haight Ashbury/Cole Valley. The apartment is contemporary yet still sports it's vintage roots. Located within blocks of many major transit routes, it's an ideal spot for home base.

The space
The apartment is warm, cozy, inviting, sophisticated and overlooks the street in a very quaint, quiet neighborhood, set among other beautiful old San Francisco homes. Our building is an old Victorian built in 1900
and is located just outside of the bustling Haight Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Twin Peaks and Cole Valley. We are situated within block(s) of beautiful parks, stunning vistas, restaurants, history and culture. We are one bus ride to almost every corner of San Francisco.

This is a private guest suite. It has it's very own private, keyed access.
We are close by so it's easy to knock on our door and we are always happy to answer any questions or help out in any way to make your stay the best it can be. I'm also easily contacted through messaging or phone calls.
Unless you need any help or questions answered, we are otherwise very low key and out of the way folks and you may just hear us coming and going.

The neighborhood is quaint, yet vibrant. It is steeped in San Francisco history with many Victorian homes, The Haight Ashbury 60's movement, and Golden Gate Park in the immediate area. There are many things to do and see and plenty of ways to get around.

Transit
-----------
Location has 6 transit lines within a 2 block radius(N Judah, 6 Parnassus, 7 Haight, 33 Stanyan, 43 Masonic, 44 O'shaughnessy)

Walk/Bike
----------------
We are within walking distance of Golden Gate Park which has many wonderful things to do and see, including Sunday Street closure to cars.

There are 4 or 5 bike rental spots within a few blocks from us.

San Francisco Native now raising the next generation. Lived in a few parts of the city during my lifetime but this location has been a home to me (and now my family) for 30 years...and counting. I have traveled extensively over the years to a lot of places in the world, and I have loved many of them, but coming back home to San Francisco still makes me happiest. My family and I truly enjoy San Francisco city life: the hills, the views, the fog, the history, the architecture, the parks and greenery, the peoples and lifestyles, the food, the ocean beaches, the bay, the bay area, and of course our beloved San Francisco Giants, Go Giants! We love to get outside as much as possible and enjoy surfing, biking and skiing/boarding. We also like to take it easy and watch a movie, play a board game or walk around the corner to our neighborhood pinball arcade with a roll of quarters in hand. My life motto (passed down to me from my modern family father): Take it slow, be honest, stay calm.
