Use of private roof terrace/ solarium and wash room.

The space
Just an extra note about Heating.
No house in Malta has central heating, as we barely have a cold winter here. However, this winter it has been exeptionally bad.
The flat has an air con( in bed rooms) that can go warm n winter and cold in summer.
