Note: Parking is $18/ day. Payment will be collected upon check in. This is my Ocean front. Renovated studio/condo in West Maui. This is NOT a hotel living. If that's what you are looking for. All major hotels are nearby. There's NO RESORT FEES staying here. NO HIDDEN fees whatsoever. Prices during high season/weekend are higher. Note: 'Ghost ants" are pretty common on the island. There are even some at the Westin on regular basis. NOTE: THERE ARE constructions during 9-5pm in the building.

Thank you for checking out my beautiful condo! This is a remodeled, oceanfront studio unit ,located in Royal Kahana Resort . This unit is used as the resorts model unit for all other studios. The layout maximizes the space available leaving the guest with lots of extra room. With an amazingly comfortable king size bed in the center of the room, lots of dresser drawers and closet space for your items, and a desk area for guests who still need to get work done. The unit is located on the 3rd floor in a very quiet and private side of the resort. The patio offers an outdoor dining area with stunning ocean and garden views for you to enjoy, you can also watch humpback whales play during the winter months. Fully stocked, there is nothing for you to do except arrive and relax!

The Royal Kahana Resort:
This resort is one of West Maui's premiere vacation destinations! This oceanfront complex is situated on beautiful white sand Kahana Beach perfect for swimming, turtle sightings, whale watching in the winter months and simply relaxing. The resort is centrally located between Ka`anapali and Kapalua. Its ideal location provides guests the quite atmosphere of Kahana while only minutes away from activities and sightseeing that makes Maui one of the highest visited islands in the world. There is above level and an underground parking garage as well as an onsite fitness center free for guests. The property is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I enjoy drinking red wine but please handle the glass with care. It is very difficult to get red wine stains off. Thank you!
