Conveniently located a short 6-8 minute scenic walk along the water, our cottages offer a secluded retreat tucked among the trees less than .5 miles from downtown & on the base of the coveted Old Mission Peninsula (wineries) . One of the few Resort/hotels on West Grand Traverse Bay! 132 ft of sandy private beach.

The space
Three bedroom, two bath house on beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay. Half mile walk along the water to the start of downtown. Sits 150ft off our private 130ft sandy beach. Very quiet and cozy. Family owned and operated resort.
A truly rare spot. Quiet & private, but still only a 6-8 minute walk along the bay to the start of downtown. Downstairs in the carriage house has a bedroom with a queen bed, full kitchen & bath, living room with a pull out couch. Upstairs has a bedroom with a full bed, a second bedroom with two full beds & bunkbeds, and a full bath. Covered porch with gas & charcoal grill. Outdoor seating, fire pits & private parking.
