Enjoy a private suite in a beautiful retreat center. All the basics of home in the middle of nature's beauty and silence. Full private bedroom, kitchen, dining/reading room, and bath. This is the place to enjoy a quiet time reflecting, writing, retreating, or enjoying nature. Pet Policy: unless a registered service animal, we regret we cannot extend hospitality to pets. Please note pricing is per person.

The space
The Nature Lover's Apartment is a suite in the daylight basement of the Main Retreat House. It is quiet, spacious, and can easily accommodate 4 adults. Bird feeders hang outside the windows and butterfly-loving plants brighten the planters. Guests may choose to maintain their privacy downstairs or mingle with other guests in the Main Retreat House or Cabin. The space is conducive to reading, writing, journaling, and observing birds and other wildlife at the Retreat Center.

Guest access
Guests in the Nature Lover's Apartment are welcome to access any other part of the Main Retreat House that is not already reserved and/or occupied. You may also access three outdoor spaces attached to the Main Retreat House; a large deck with seating; a patio with picnic table and rocking chair, and a covered patio with a porch swing and wind chimes. You'll also have access to all 135 acres that make up the Retreat Center, which includes walking/hiking trails, a spring-fed lake, sacred space, a labyrinth, and fire circle. We ask our guests to communicate with each other if they want to use a space for an exclusive time period.

Other things to note
Due to the topography of the land, it is doubtful you will have cell phone reception while at the Retreat Center. We do have a land line with free long distance (within the contiguous United States) for our guests to use.

Nearby or not-too-far-away restaurants which are a must-visit while at the Retreat Center are: Riverview Restaurant and Marina, Loveless Café, Jim-N-Nicks BBQ, The Fillin' Station in Kingston Springs (live music on the weekends), and Golly G's Coffee, Ice Cream, and Sweets (Pleasant View).
