This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath is in a wonderful location. This charming home is in the heart of the 12 South area, a short walk from Belmont and Vanderbilt.

It's located in the 12 South hood, a lively, yet quiet, walkable neighborhood close to downtown and Music Row, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bakeries, coffee houses, and bars just a short walk away.

The space
This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath is in a wonderful location. **Please note: The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is priced as such. There is actually an attached studio apartment out back with a separate/private entrance from 15th Ave. It's a wonderfully appointed complete unit you may view at "Explore 12 South from an Enchanting Cottage" (the cottage brings an additional charge.). These units share a back wall, but there is no access from one to the other. Both have beautiful hard wood floors throughout. This charming home is in the heart of the 12 South area, a short walk from Belmont and Vanderbilt.

This accommodation is perfect for larger groups. If six, then the main house is perfect. If eight persons, then the cottage adds an additional space that gives one couple a private entrance and space, including a kitchen. If you desire the entire place for eight persons, simply book and we'll work out the details for the cottage.
