Located on 52 acres of redwoods near the russian river town of Guerneville, CA, we’re thrilled to welcome you to our 2.5 bedroom, 2 bath house; a standout example of 1970's Sea Ranch architecture.

Soak in our brand new 21 Jet Hot Tub, enjoy a warm outdoor shower, and settle into the privacy of your own forest with modern amenities like central AC, Samsung washer/dryer, 2 EV chargers, and high speed internet.

The space
Relax in the gigantic sunken living room; lounge on our private decks, dine at our outdoor or indoor dining for 6, make coffee with Fellow products or cook in our gourmet kitchen with gas range, oven, plumbed weber grill, and ooni pizza oven.

Sleep in one of 3 pocketed coil&foam queen beds with lush threshold bedding - 1 bedroom is a ensuite primary, and the other is split by a large sliding wall into 2 rooms with separate entrances. Shower in one of 3 showers, one outdoors, with luxury Dr Bronners and Goodfellow soaps.

Sneak out of the house down to the private hot tub deck perched over the canyon. Enjoy our brand new Nordic Crown II Hot tub, featuring 21 high powered jets from a 2HP pump, and a heater that can keep everything toasty. Clean up with an outdoor shower like none you've ever had before before rejoining your friends.

Guest access
You'll have private access to the house, hot tub and outdoor shower, access to the garage for laundry, and our 5km+ of secluded on property hiking trails. If you're here during rainy season you might even catch our waterfall!

All electricity is zero carbon provided locally from Sonoma county geothermal and solar.

Water is filtered and sanitized with a municipal grade water system.

Charge two EVs at the same time with our 9.6kw split charger with J1172 plugs; Tesla adapters available.
