Lookout is a large, private home located less than ten minutes from Gore Mountain, North Creek, and many other area attractions. The standout feature of this beautiful and unique home is the 24' x 12' heated indoor pool.
This home is set up to handle groups up to sixteen people and allows you to disconnect and enjoy your groups company. Lookout has eight bedrooms, four full bathrooms, eleven beds, full kitchen, patio, grill, fire pit, wood stove, and wireless internet access.

The space
This home is great for large groups traveling together or as a meeting place. There are two living rooms. One on the main floor and one in the down stairs. There is also a kids corner, air hockey table, tv and a pool table on the bottom floor as well. There is a full kitchen and an outdoor grill for cooking. There is a large open deck from the kitchen that opens to the very spacious outdoor area.
The loft has a queen size bed and a twin. The main living floor has a master with private bath and king bedroom. The wing has a room with a queen and a second room with two twins. The downstairs has 4 bedrooms. One room with twin bunk beds. Two rooms with queens and a room with a queen and trundle bed (two twins).
The indoor pool makes this home a unique find in the Adirondacks. There is a large manicured lawn that is perfect for outdoor games and a slight slop fun for sledding in the winter! Wifi and cell service can be spotty so we do provide a house phone.
There are two security cameras. One is facing the driveway and the second is on the side porch facing the side yard.

We hope all guest treat out home with care. If a group fails to do the below or leaves the house extremely messy, we have the right to withhold the security deposit.

-Load the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and start it. Clean the kitchen of any food spills and take leftover food with you.

-Gather all trash and put it in the outdoor containers.

-Leave sheets on the beds and put towels on top of laundry machine.

-Replace any furniture that was moved.

-Turn off all lights.
