Park Place, the place to be in downtown Paso Robles! In this chic location above acclaimed restaurant BL Brasserie, you will find yourself in the pulse of everything downtown, nightlife included! It's a leisurely stroll to everything in downtown--restaurants, bars, wine tasting, boutique shopping, move theater, and much more--with a fashionable, private suite apartment awaiting your return. The beautifully refurbished apartment overlooks trellises, trees, and old brickwork from the balcony. Just steps from the movie theater, shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms, this gem provides city living in a gracious setting. The king-sized bed and large, flat screen TV make the bedroom suite a terrific hideaway to come home to. Spend summer evenings on the balcony, overlooking Bistro Laurent, with a glass of that perfect wine you found during your outings. An apartment-style kitchen with smaller dishwasher, refrigerator, and convection oven complete the scene. City Permit #STR19-0249.
***Parking info: there is a small parking lot at the building with no designated parking, as well as a large public lot across the street and street parking. The downtown paid parking program is currently suspended and downtown parking is unlimited and free.
***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***
***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival.***

Paso Robles is located half-way between San Francisco and Los Angeles along beautiful Highway 101, making it close to many of the Central Coast's hot spots, including Hearst Castle, Lake Nacimiento, San Luis Obispo, the art galleries of Cambria, and the many great beaches in the area.
