You will enjoy the charm of Provence in this nice independent and private studio apartment attached to our villa, located near the village of Valbonne, Sophia-Antipolis, the sea (15 km), Nice airport (25 km).
Set in a quiet and peaceful environment, with nice views over the mountains, the studio offers private outdoors (garden and dining terrace), as well as a private and secure parking space.
Shops, restaurants and public transportation are nearby.
Perfect for a couple or business workers.

The space
The studio is composed of a main room with a double bed, a coffee table, a comfortable chair, a desk (perfect for business workers), TV; an open equipped kitchen with breakfast bar (with large fridge/freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and utensils, washing machine), and a bathroom with shower enclosure, sink, WC and a large wardrobe.
Outside, you will enjoy a nice private dining terrace (with wooden table and chairs, sunbeds, built-in charcoal barbecue), a garden planted with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and lavenders, as well as a secure parking space.

Other things to note
The studio is annexed to our villa on the side. You can enjoy your own private garden and a private terrace. Our house is facing the other side, ensuring you total peace and privacy.
