This beautiful studio apartment is hosted by Rufino and I. Located in Condado, steps away from the beach, Marriott Stellaris, La Concha and other great restaurants and bars. Besides its amazing location, it has a great open layout, completely equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa, free WiFi, smart TV, new A/C unit, beach towels, blackout roller shades and a comfortable queen size bed. We provide clean towels, bedding, and a free secured parking space. Only a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan.

Other things to note
Condominium spent over $80K in refurbishing the elevator, extremely reliable and fast.
There is absolutely NO smoking in the apartment!
