Salento Guesthouse Suite Donna Irene is an exceptionally spacious air-conditioned studio apartment overlooking a shared courtyard (shared with the adjacent apartment), located in the heart of the ancient village of Carpignano Salentino, just a few kilometers from Otranto. The residence is housed in a Renaissance palace built by the owner’s family in the 16th century.
The apartment features a large kitchenette and a private bathroom. Its barrel-vaulted ceilings and period-style furnishings will transport you back in time. The property has been recently renovated and converted into a hospitality facility. Salento Guesthouse Residence enjoys a strategic location in the historic center of Carpignano Salentino (the heart of Grecìa Salentina), a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of Salento, Lecce, Otranto, and the main roads leading to Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, and Porto Cesareo.
Public parking is available just a few meters from the property and is free of charge, safe, and convenient.
