The space
We apply "Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization" protocols prior to every guest check-in. Cleaning Quality & compliance standards are managed & monitored by "GetProperly" a CleanTech Quality & Compliance Platform.

Spacious 3-level Townhome with a premium layout featuring a newly renovated, open concept main floor living, dining and kitchen area. The entire main floor is outfitted with radiant in floor heating for true comfort and cozy feel. The 4 private bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors making this an ideal vacation home for groups or families of 7-11 people. Air Conditioning throughout all 3 levels.
No Car Required! This property is close enough to everything that you do not need a vehicle and can walk to everything in minutes.

Free Parking for 2 vehicles. One (1) outside parking space plus one (1) underground secured parking stall are included with this property rental. Note the underground parkade has a height restriction of 6 ft 6 inches x about 15 ft max length.

Guest access
Self Check-In home is equipped with a Keypad Access Control system so keys are not required for access. Upon payment in full, you will receive an email confirmation and shortly thereafter property and check-in instructions, along with a unique door code that will provide keyless access for the duration of your scheduled stay.

Other things to note
In response to COVID-19 we have engaged the services of GetProperly.com A Cleaning Quality & Compliance Platform dedicated to professionalizing cleanliness in short & long term rentals. Updated cleaning and disinfecting protocols, processes & visual checklists have been put in place to provide a higher standard of cleanliness and safety for our guests.

Self Check-In via a Kaba Keypad Access system means no keys are required for access. A unique door code is created for every booking. Door codes automatically activate at the scheduled check-in time and expire at the scheduled check-out time.

Property instructions and driving directions will be emailed prior to your arrival. Please ensure you send us an email address we can use to reach you before and during your stay.
- Bike Friendly Location - we provide a locked steel locker for up to 8 bikes in our designated parking spot in the underground garage.
ABSOLUTELY NO BIKES allowed inside the living room, kitchen, dining, bedrooms or bathrooms of this townhome. The security deposit will be forfeited for violating this house rule.
- Bike wash station by the Recycling Hut in the main parking lot.
- Storage - The steel storage cage in our designated parking stall in the secure underground parkade can also be used to sports gear, luggage, large items etc.
- Lockable Ski & Snowboard storage rack is located on the private deck out front. Ski-Locks & Keys provided on the shelf in the front entry. Skis & Snowboards are not permitted in the Kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Bedrooms or Bathrooms. Please use outdoor ski racks.

-Commercial book dryer + fans and lots of wall hooks ensure you can properly air dry your gear after every adventure.

Situated in the heart of Whistler village, the Best Whistler Village 4 bedroom townhouse offers the best of both worlds. First off it is a home that is completely surrounded by nature, including a secluded wooded park area, the spectacular and glacial fed Fitzsimmons Creek, a pedestrian only walkway with covered bridge to and from the upper and main village areas.
Ski lifts, restaurants, shops, lessons, guides, child care, ski & bike rental, etc are within 100meters of our front door. Truly the best of both worlds.

In summer the open air Whistler Farmers Market sets up directly across the street. Featuring tasty artisan foods, local artists, refreshing beverages and live entertainment, the Farmers Market runs twice a week throughout the summer and is the perfect place to pick up some locally sourced produce or find the perfect Whistler souvenir for someone special.

During your stay
We interact with our guests as much or as little as our guests prefer. We live full time in Whistler and are active in and around the community. We are always happy to offer helpful tips and guidance especially with respect to local activities such as hiking, biking and skiing as well as dining and shopping. We often accompany guests on hiking, biking and ski tours to show them some of our favourite spots and can help out with the odd piece of equipment if they forget something.
To make the guest experience as autonomous as possible we have equipped our property with a keypad access control system and each guest is emailed property information that includes a unique access code for their stay; The unique access code provides guests with keyless access to the property and eliminates the stress and challenge of trying to schedule a specific arrival time to exchange keys etc...

We do however try to make ourselves as accessible as possible throughout our guests stay in order to provide assistance if and when required.
