The townhome is clean and fresh with modern amenities, but keeps a lake house charm and a desert feel.

The walk-in upstairs level features a great room and dining table for 6, and a bar height granite counter top with bar stools in the kitchen with clean steel appliances. Enjoy the desert and lake views from inside and outside. The upgraded balcony extends the full length of the townhome. The living room has a 50” Smart flat screen HDTV, a sofa sleeper and has a guest half bathroom and garage access.

The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, 40” Smart flat screen HDTV, a private bathroom with shower/bathtub, double sinks and a walk-in closet. The guest room has a queen bed, dresser, a private bathroom with a standup shower, single sink and a closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors giving you access to a covered porch with a fenced in backyard. The laundry room and WASHER/DRYER is nestled in the hallway for your convenience.

Easily sleeps 6 adults. FREE PARKING for 2 cars is conveniently located right outside the home along with a BOAT PARKING area right off our street, no lugging your things from far away parking! Enjoy the open space and amazing views for miles in this quiet dark sky community just minutes from the Glen Canyon National Recreation Area/Lake Powell.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire townhome, and all amenities inside. Each of the 2 baths includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, kleenex and hand soap. We also provide bath towels, beach towels, linens and laundry detergent. There is access to the balcony, BBQ grill and the fenced in backyard area.

There is a Ring video door bell cam outside by the front door facing the street and a Ring spot light cam by the garage door. They are there to ensure the security of the property and they are on.

It's Lake Powell. Once you go visit Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon tours or Horseshoe Bend you're a local!! Whether it's your first time or you're a regular, Page-Lake Powell has a ton of spring, summer and fall activities to satisfy everyone in your group.

Explore amazing Lake Powell, hiking trails, Antelope slot canyons, and attractions such as Horseshoe Bend, Glen Canyon Dam and the surrounding National Parks. Take local tours or rent a boat. Learn to wakeboard, jet ski, kayak or paddleboard. Scenic flights and horseback rides are also popular. The townhome is a great home base to leave your stuff while exploring Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Cedar Breaks The Grand Canyon, Monument Valley and the rest of the Grand Circle of national parks.

We generally leave for a day trip or so and when we are done exploring a hot shower feels great. Lake Powell National Golf Course is nearby in Page so there is no excuse for hitting a bucket of balls or playing a quick 18 holes.

Hi friends! If you are looking for a place with spectacular views of Lake Powell and the surrounding area look no further. Almost sixteen years ago my husband and I fell in love with the area and moved to Greenehaven AZ overlooking beautiful Lake Powell - about a 10 minute drive from Page AZ and between Lone Rock Beach and The North Wahweap Marina entrance. Being in the center of the local National Parks is just a bonus. We love exploring the outdoors and hanging out on the lake with friends and family, having summer time barbeques and enjoying beautiful sunsets and cold drinks. Our Lake Powell view house will amaze you. It's so comfortable and clean and all the furnishings are new. If you have any questions just shoot us an email or text. Since living in the local area for so long we are extremely knowledgeable with all the sites and attractions nearby.
