This is a great 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home located on the La Paloma Course at Tascosa Country Club. Walking out the front door you can see the beautiful green on the par 3 number 4 hole on La Paloma. The upstairs balcony overlooks the number 1 hole on Tascosa.
This smart-home screams luxury at every turn, from its gourmet kitchen to its spa-like bathrooms. The first floor has beautiful hand scraped bamboo floors and imported Brazilian tile. Upstairs features renewable cork flooring which is great at reducing noise and feels great on the feet. Fully furnished with everything you will need.
The master bedroom is on the main level. To help you sleep like a baby during your stay, it features a queen size sleep number bed with inclining FlexFit base and SleepIQ as well as blackout curtains. An ensuite bathroom feels like you are stepping into a hotel spa. It features a jetted tub with both water and air jets as well as a built-in heater to help with those long hot baths. The shower features 2 shower heads and 6 body jets with ample water pressure to run all at the same time. Towels, hand towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and cups are provided. There is tons of room for your belongings with a walk in closet, huge antique armoire and 2 bedside tables. A remote is provided to control the sleep number as well as the incline of the bed.
Two additional bedrooms downstairs feature hand scraped bamboo floors, queen size beds with 18" memory foam mattresses, custom headboards and a bedside table. Each bedroom features a walk in closet with built in shelving and has ample room to store all of your belongings.
A second downstairs bathroom features a shower/tub combo with gorgeous tile work, beautiful faucets, custom quartz countertops and a bidet. Towels, hand towels, washcloths, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and cups are provided.
The huge upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, antique dresser and side tables. There is a desk that is great for setting up a laptop to do a little work or just browse the internet.There is a yoga/dance space with mirrors. Yoga mats can be provided. French doors open onto an upstairs balcony that overlooks hole number 1 of the Tascosa Course. A bistro set makes this a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee.
The living room features lots of seating and a Smart TV. There is a fireplace for those chilly winter nights. Huge windows flood the room with lots of natural light.
The kitchen features gorgeous Brazilian tile, custom quartz counter tops and all stainless steel appliances. There is a full-size refrigerator/freezer, built-in oven and microwave, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The extra deep stainless steel sink features a smart faucet that is activated by a simple touch. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you could need, including dishes, glasses, silverware, knives, baking sheets, measuring cups, bowls, KitchenAid mixer, convection oven, coffee maker and pretty much anything else you can think of. Coffee, creamer, sugar and styrofoam coffee cups are provided. The kitchen has an attached breakfast area that seats 4.
The formal dining room is just off the kitchen has seating for 8. The table is a beautiful reclaimed barn door that has been restored into a table. It features 8 upholstered chairs with nail head embellishments. A huge window overlooks the front yard allowing in lots of natural light.
The utility features high-end LG front load washer and dryer. Iron, ironing board, laundry detergent and fabric softener is provided.
An oversized garage has parking for 2 vehicles. A large pickup can fit on one side and a large SUV on the other. There is plenty of room for a motorcycle, bikes, etc. in the large storage area on the side of the garage.
The huge front yard has lush green grass and has lots of shade from a mature oak and fruitless pear tree. The side yard has a towering cottonwood tree that is by far the tallest tree in the area. The back yard is surrounded by 6' wood and brick privacy fences. There is lots of room for the kids and dogs to run and play. Two trees provide shade and there is a large covered porch with a built in porch swing to enjoy those peaceful nights outside.
Perfect for business travel or a family friendly vacation. Both Tascosa courses are private, staying at this home does not grant you access to play the courses. We are 4 short miles from Ross Rogers gold course which features 2 courses including one of the top-ranked municipal courses in Texas.
