My place is good for couples, business and cooperate housings and solo adventurers. Apartment is above retail shops, serviced by a elevator. Walking distance for great restaurants and wine tastings. Many of the guests in the neighboring apartments are nurses and business people on tempory assignments. Coin operated washer and dryers are available on same floor as apartment.
Secure keyless entry doors create safe environment.

The space
Apartment is located in Bridmar Apartments a 1910 fully restored downtown Yakima bldg.
The skylights in the halls are original.
This unique space will capture your imagination. It was formally a rooming house for gentlemen. A 2 year renovation 12 years ago created 13 apartments.
I've been renting furnished apartments at the Bridmar since 2005. Working now with Airbnb gives me the opportunity to publish a calendar of available upcoming furnished apartments, and offer some shorter stays.
