Welcome to one of the best places for your stay in Sofia - the apartment was of my grandparents, and of my parents. It is charming and situated next to the "St. George" church in the perfect centre of Sofia, just a 2 minutes walk to "Vitosha" Blvd. and the National Palace of Culture (NDK), and Subway in front of the building.

The flat is aristocratically furnished with restored furniture from the 50s. It has two pretty nice balconies and is situated in a fully restored building built in 1934.

The space
A big, bright, cozy & spacious 100m2 apartment in the very center of Sofia right in front of the emblematic St. George church. You will find unique restored furniture from the 50s and much space for you, your friends and your family and children.

-Parking on the street is paid 2lv per hour and there are nearby paid parkings

PLEASE NOTE: Apartment is on the 4th FLOOR and there is NO LIFT in the building

This is one of the best and most central neighborhoods in Sofia. Situated just in front of the "St.George" church and behind Vitosha Blvd. the flat offers not only a magnificent view to the church and its small park but a great sight also to Vitosha mountain. The neighborhood is very quiet and one can find many little stores for handmade presents, french bakeries and nice restaurants.

Hello everybody, I am an easy going and pretty adventurous person who likes to travel and experience different countries and cultures. I really like traveling and doing my favorite hobbies and that is why we quite often travel to Greece for kite-boarding, go to the Austrian Alps for snowboarding, one of us ride enduro motorbikes in all Bulgarian mountains, we go scuba diving in Black sea, fly with para-gliders and just look forward for any new adventures and meeting new interesting people. As I started using Airbnb in 2014 I cannot imagine traveling the old fashion way-staying in an expensive small hotel room but just the opposite. One can be sure that we would never cancel a reservation and also all of our guests could rely on our full support during their stay in my apartment. Mu motto in life is "live the way you want, always smile, travel to the limit because life is short and one must enjoy it to the fullest".
