Peace and quiet

This is a modern studio apartment, located 4 miles from city centre by train and bus. Train/bus/gym/restaurant are only 5 minute walk and the bar has live music 2 nights a week. Finaghy Village is a 10 min. walk and can accommodate all your needs. Close & quiet but easily accessible to all the action! We usually have a two night minimum, but if you require one night, please contact me and I will see if I can accommodate you. Last minute bookings are welcome, just get in contact with me.
The space
We offer a double bed studio accommodation. Amenities include microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, 50" smart TV, DVD, hairdryer, hair straighteners, iron & mini board, coffee (instant & ground), tea, sugar, shared outside seating area with deck/ bbqs/chiminella. Private side entrance. Double doors overlooking the garden. The property has 5 skylights so it's very airy and bright! We've listened to our guests and invested in remote control blinds for the unreachable skylights so our guests get the best night's sleep possible. Light and airy during the day, pitch black at night. For longer stays, over 4 nights, we offer cleaning services, times to be mutually agreed.
Guest access
The property is attached to our main home which is where the washer and dryer are located. Please make prior request if you need to use these facilities. Although the studio is attached to our home, you have your own private entrance. The studio is equipped with all amenities but should you require anything else, just let us know and we'll do our best accommodate you. Access details will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Check in is 15:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. We can be flexible if we do not have a booking a day prior to arrival or a same day booking. Just let us know in advance.

We are a 5 minute walk to Finaghy train station and 3 stops from Belfast city centre (9 min. train journey). The train runs every 20 minutes. We are located in a quiet & cosy neighbourhood, but minutes away from the hustle and bustle on Belfast City!
