Kitchen is well stocked-full size appliances & washer & dryer. Cozy atmosphere, super clean & great amenities!

The space
Bobbi's Bungalow is a newly renovated 1920's style bungalow with two separate bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins plus a twin air mattresses is also available. The kitchen is stocked with pans, dishes and utensils, a full sized stove and refrigerator, microwave, a mini Keurig, and 12 cup coffee maker. Coffee, a variety of teas and hot chocolate are provided for your enjoyment.
New washer and dryer also available for your use for longer stays.
Free Wifi and a Roku TV is available for your viewing pleasure with Spectrum as the cable provider.
You will be within walking distance of local restaurants, pharmacy, grocery, and quaint antique, gift, thrift and other retail shops.
There is no smoking in the house, and pets are not allowed-future guests get upset about things like that! :)

Guest access
The house is all on one level once inside. Guests have access to the entire house and lawn for their relaxation. There are two off street parking spaces in the rear of the house near the garage. I love to meet guests with a key when possible, but a lock box is available on the back deck if you prefer to check yourself in.

Other things to note
The house is on the main street through town and traffic noise may bother light sleepers. There is a small fan available if that is helpful.

It has been mentioned that the couch is not a comfortable place to sleep. Please don’t plan to sleep there. An air mattress is available instead.

Neighborhood highlights

West Liberty is a friendly little community located between Urbana and Bellefontaine with an easy drive to Springfield, Marysville, Dayton & Columbus. Explore history at the Ohio Caverns and the Piatt Castles, canoe or kayak on Mad River at Birch Bark Canoe Livery, and then satisfy your sweet tooth at the Ice Cream Parlor and Marie's Candies. Cyclists can hop on the Simon Kenton bike path with a trail head just a mile on the west side of town. Shop at our quaint antique and gift shops within walking distance, and then venture a few minutes north or south on US 68 for a fabulous day of antique, upscale resale and gift shopping in the historic Monument Square District of Urbana or Downtown Bellefontaine. Oh, and Indian Lake is a short drive to the north for boating, fishing and swimming. I would love to share our community with you! I love it here.

So you are aware, the house sits on the main street of town, so there is some traffic noise at the front of the house. It is also located very near the fire and EMS stations, which could be a comfort or a disturbance.
