Superb bright apartment right in the historical center of Cadiz with wifi. The flat has been recently renovated and the building where it is dates from 1900. It is in a pedestrian street between the squares of San Antonio and San Francisco. The local beach (la caleta) is within walking distance (15 minutes). The train and bus stations and the port are also nearby. There are plenty of tapas bars, cafes and shops nearby too.
The flat has one bedroom, a lounge, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, big fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, cooker with 4 hobs and plenty of pans, pots, bowls, plates, glasses and cuttlery). The bedroom has a double bed and an extra airbed can be put in the lounge where there is a sofa, a dining table and a colour TV. The flat has high ceilings, two balconies facing the street and an interior glass wall facing the patio so it is really bright and sunny. There is also a common roof top terrace in the building that you can use to sunbathe, eat, read, etc...
From July to September, minimum rental is 4 nights.
Please leave the flat in the same conditions you found it.
Ivan's apartment is delightful, clean, and exactly as described. It is centrally located and has everything you need to live comfortably for several days.
I happened to stay during carnival and it was fun to be in the center of all of the activities.
It is a close walk to everything--the coast, restaurants, shops, etc. The balcony off of the bedroom is a lovely feature as well.
Ivan was unable to welcome me, but his parents gave me a warm welcome and showed me everything I needed.
They were all very accommodating and I felt like if I needed anything, he would be there. Fortunately, I didn't have any needs at all.
Communication with Ivan was great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location in the old town was very convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks Ivan
Vielen Dank, Ivan!
Ivan was fantastic, had arranged for the keys to be left in a local shop due to us arriving later than we expected. The apartment is just as described, bright and airy. Perfect location. We had a fabulous stay in Cadiz and would definitely return to this apartment again.
Muy buena ubicación, para disfrutar del centro y olvidarse del coche unos días. El piso y la finca muy chulos
We had a wonderful time in Cadíz thanks to our fantastic host Iván, who could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The apartment is located in a lively quarter of the old town; in close proximity to all the city has to offer. The accommodation itself was immaculately clean, spacious and very well equipped - it's a lovely flat, featuring some really attractive architectural details. Many thanks Iván for a most memorable holiday!
The apartment is clean and very cute as well as the warmth of the parents of Ivan. Although it was August, the temperature has been mild so it was not necessary to use the fan. The apartment is in the historic center in a way that during the day and late into the night is frequented by pedestrians, while only early in the morning is crossed by cars carrying materials for the stores. If you're not accustomed to the night hours of Spanish, the risk is to not sleep much, except Saturday and Sunday when in the morning on the street there is a lot of silence. We learned a particular feature of the houses of Cadiz or perhaps in Andalusia: all apartments have a part that is enclosed by opaque windows facing the stairwell, so sometimes you seem to have turned on the light inside of your apartment, while is someone who has turned on the light on the stairs or maybe just your neighbor who has turned on the light in the kitchen. Cadiz is beautiful and this house has a great location to visit! Ivan was always available and very present for each question, his mother greeted us upon our arrival beautiful. Thanks very much

We are mother and son and together, we manage two holiday apartments in Cadiz that belong to our family. We are originally from Madrid but we moved to Cadiz almost three decades ago.
Marta works in an NGO and Ivan has a small tour company called Genuine Andalusia. We both love nature, languages, food, culture and people and we look forward to welcoming you in Cadiz!
