Hello! We are renting a room for 1 or 2 guests in a nice house, in via Cencelli, ten minutes from Termini station, well connected to the center of Rome, San Lorenzo Quarter and the university district, close to Pigneto Quarter, pedestrian area full of artisans, bar, ethnic restaurants and nightlife of young artists .
You can get bus, metro and tram very easy: the bus stop is in the front of the house and the first metro station is ten minutes by foot.
The room has independent entrance, private bathroom, air Conditioning, free WiFi, breakfast and a big balcony! We speaking italian, spanish and english! :)
Ben collegata, pulita e silenziosa!!
We had a great time in Rome. Nina was very friendly and recommended restaurants and bars. The small apartment is clean and really comfy. As it is not situated in the touristic center you can easily find good and not too expensive restaurants and also buy your sandwiches in one of the small shops or bakeries in the neighborhood before taking the bus or tram into the city center. The stations are only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment.
Nina is a very friendly host. The place is lovely, I really recommend it!
The beautiful room with a separate entrance and own terassy. 20 min. by bus from Roma Termini. Nina is very friendly and is always ready to help.
Grazzzzzzzzie milleeeeee Nina. :-)))))))
Amitiés et d énormes bisoooooous de nous 3
The Stay at Nina's appartment was really a pleasure. The appartment has an privat entrance, a privat roof top and is clean and cozy. The whole house located near pigneto whre you can find a lot of nice bars an restaurants. The Tram Station is very near and it takes 10-15 min to the Rome central station Nina is a incredibly nice person. She made our stay in Rome really special. Thank you very much for everything Nina!

Elza and Nina's place is amazing - it's newly renovated, neat and clean, with a private bathroom, a private roof porch and even your own private entrance. The building is new and the neighborhood is mostly nice and friendly.
The only issue I had, which is not their fault, is that it's a little bit far away from the center. so, if you rely on public transportation, be ready to use it. It's not that there isn't convenient transportation - the tram is near and so is the bus that takes you to the metro- it's just a matter of time. I must say that if I would master the bus map I'm sure it would be easier, and I also strongly recommend to buy a map that includes the area.
I must also say that there's something nice about staying where real people live, outside of the o sole mio zone.
The bottom line is that the place itself is really great and if you could handle some time in the bus/metro/tram, or cycling, or you're with a car, you're going to have a really wonderful time.
Thanks, Elza and Nina!
Cute apartment with independent entry.
Neat ,clean , n with aircon , which made a huge difference in the sweltering summer heat .
Met Nina who was friendly n helpful
Overall a pleasant experience .
Perfect for backpackers .
This place is a great find. It's not your normal shared room in an apartment filled with other people. It's set off from the rest of the apartment on the roof and completely private. You even have your own terrace over looking the all the beautiful rooftops of Rome. The hosts are more than accommodating and not in an over bearing sense. They have breakfast providing for you and are very friendly. My only piece of advice is to familiarize yourself with the buses and trams, especially if you aren't from a city that already has a metro system. Mainly because the apartment is not in the heart of the city and is a little off the beaten path. It is still easily accessible by bus and is a very nice experience to see the parts of Rome that aren't so touristy. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome. Cheers!
great apartment in area conveniently located close to cool bars and restaurants of the arty pigneto.
comfortable, gorgeous roof terrace, thoughtfully fitted out.
nina was a gem, sending us recommendations for eating & drinking.
