Create magical memories on the Cape at this sweet seaside cottage! A perfect place for a family-friendly getaway or a romantic retreat for two! The new contemporary coastal decor is cozy and comfortable and my place has all of the amenities you could want for your stay! Just steps to a beautiful beach with stunning sunsets and sunrises, cool ocean breeze, and the warm Nantucket Sound. Enjoy Popponesset Marketplace for food, shopping and fun or take a short drive to Mashpee Commons for more!

The space
My place offers a comfortable, beautiful, contemporary coastal decor. It has a modern kitchen with full size appliances and counter bar seating; a newly remodeled contemporary 3/4 bath with dual shower heads; a comfy living room area to relax; one bedroom (queen bed) with closet and cabinet storage; and a sweet sunroom which is perfect for dining, game playing and puzzles.

The cottage is nestled on a cul-de-sac with private front and backyard patios, complete with table/chairs/umbrella, BBQ grill + beach supplies, too!

You'll be surrounded by shades of green foliage and a beautiful blue sky, not to mention the short stroll to the private beach! Parking is conveniently located right next to the cottage, space #11.

Guest access
As guests, you have full private access to the whole cottage + front/back patio areas to relax. Internet, cable and parking is included.

Committed to Clean:
Upon your arrival, read the white binder for more information about the cleaning and sanitizing protocols the housecleaning company and I have established. That said, if you have any concerns, please let me know. My place is stocked with hand-soap and hand sanitizer, in addition, disinfectant surface cleaning products, and paper towel for your use.

The nearby Popponesset Marketplace has seasonal months/days/times— Be sure to check out their website for the schedule. Typically, they are open from Memorial Day thru Columbus Day, though on a limited weekend schedule before Father's Day and after Labor Day.

The beach has limited access off-season. The HOA removes the stairs, however, you can use the seashell walkway (see map in the house manual) to get down to the beach or via Popponesset.

Early spring and late fall on the Cape is beautiful! There are many close-by towns which offer lots of shopping and restaurant options year-round and there are many public beaches to explore too! It's still a perfect place for a quiet, relaxing time on the Cape. My nightly rate is much lower during these times to offset the limited access to Popponesset Marketplace and potentially our beach (depending upon your reservation dates).

I love the Cape. I love the sea, wind-swept beaches, the nautical charm, architecture, and American history there. The lifestyle it offers is special and unique, so special, that when I stayed in Maushop Village in an Airbnb in 2016, I loved it so much that I bought my own place there!
