Cute, clean and comfortable studio size apartment attached to main house with huge luxurious bathroom and a private entrance. Private pool and hot tub. You are our only guests. No cleaning fee.

The space
Renovated 400 square-foot studio attached to main house with private entrance, bath & patio. Features new king size bed, microwave, large mini fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker. Adorable mid-century beachy decor, soft linens and pillows. The large antique furnished bathroom has a claw foot tub, double sink, walk in shower and a separate water closet. A backyard filled with lush tropical plants, edible plants and orchids. Relax by the pool during the day and soak in the hot tub under the stars. Or enjoy a s’more by the fire pit.

Other things to note
Jensen Beach is a gem, just 2.5 hours south of Orlando and 2 hours north of Miami. Our home is just 3 miles from the Jensen Beach "Sea turtle Beach" access. It is a beautiful drive along the Indian River and over the lagoon. It usually takes me about five minutes to get to the beach by car.
We also live about a mile and one half from downtown Jensen which boasts some amazing restaurants and eclectic shopping.
The city of Stuart is only minutes away which also has an adorable downtown area on the St. Lucie River. Stuart is known as the "Sailfish Capital of the World" so be sure to book a fishing excursion while you're here. Be sure to check out our weekly Jammin’ Jensen street festival every Thursday year round.
We are walking distance to the trailhead of Hawks Bluff, Savannas Preserve State Park. Also a short ride to Indian Riverside Park which has the US Sailing Center of Martin County, the Mansion at Tuckahoe and the Children's Museum of The Treasure Coast.

Neighborhood highlights

The Skyline neighborhood is an eclectic area of family homes and nature loving people. All of our neighbors are very proud to live in this beautiful place. Note that we live near a railroad crossing (as do most homes in Jensen). This may be an issue if you're a light sleeper. While inside when a train passes you hardly know it, you may hear the horn as it passes the gates.

We have been Airbnb members since 2013. We have always had positive experiences and now we would like to share our little slice of paradise with you. Doug was a firefighter and I was in the medical and medical information business. We both retired in 2021. We have 3 grown children & 2 granddaughters and 2 grandsons.
