Just 20min from the airport; Located on 250sqm of land with a modern tropical design this 150sqm fully furnished villa boast two large sized bedrooms with private bathrooms, a detached guest-house with private bathroom, living and dining areas, fully fitted kitchen, private pool and traditional gazebo, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games, private carport.

The neighborhood was also recently urbanized and the area is very peaceful and quiet.

Guest access
The whole property will be always rented out at once; No shared spaces with other guests, all our facilities are available to our guests! You will enjoy full air-conditioned spaces (one air-con in every room, please use it wisely). Hot water, fully equipped kitchen access at any moment (or you can decide to have one of our Balinese staff cooking breakfast for you); We will replenish our drinking water gallon every two days..
The living room also has a sofa area with Cable TV (Indovision) and unlimited free Wi-Fi to keep you connected with the rest of the world.

As said before the Villa is totally isolated from the fuss and the noise of the center. Very calm and peaceful all day and night. While you sleep you will only hear crickets and birds; Roosters and woodpeckers will provide you the sweetest of the morning wake-up-call you can imagine.

The construction project near the villa is now effectively complete.

The main work, including any noisy phases, finished last summer. What remains are just a few minor finishing jobs, and the level of activity and disturbance is now practically negligible.
