The space
The apartment offers two bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and a closet. The master bedroom is air-conditioned for added comfort. The bathroom is complete with a toilet, a hot water shower, and a sink.

The kitchen, while small, provides all the essentials for cooking up your favorite meals. The living room is a cozy spot to kick back and relax after a day of adventures or simply to enjoy some entertainment

- Please be mindful that excessive air conditioning usage can lead to high electricity bills. In such cases, we kindly request guests to contribute towards the additional costs.
- For stays longer than a week, our cleaning lady will come once a week to change towels and sheets. Cleaning service is also offered for an additional cost.
- In case local electricity is off, we have a small inverter that provides energy for lights, laptops, cellphone chargers, and the fan until it comes back again. It usually doesn't take long to come back.
- Please note that as we're in a local Dominican neighborhood, you may occasionally hear sounds of vehicles, animals, or neighbors. Despite this, our location remains one of the quietest in Callejon De La Loma. Come experience authentic Dominican life!
