The space
The space is in an old victorian era (c.1895) limestone/brick mansion located on Chicago's west side in the East Garfield Park neighborhood. It overlooks Washington Blvd. and is about a block from the Kedzie Green Line Train.

Please note if you book, this is an old house, with over 125 years of living. This means lumps, bumps, scratches, and things in general that are less then perfect. Most people enjoy this character of a house, and it's why they book.

I allow LUGGAGE DROP OFF! You can store your luggage in the closet before check-in and after check-out times, you can drop it off and pick it up as early and as late as you would like. Public transit options (train, bus, bike share) available about a block away.

The area itself is undergoing redevelopment. This doesn't mean boutique coffee instead of national chain coffee, it means Chicago and it’s outlying neighborhoods are mixed bags, on my block you’ll have $500,000 homes next to a boarded up one.

If you are looking for a great place close to everything but with tons of room typically unknown for a city house, this is it.

The house is very close to the Garfield Park Conservatory for reference. You'll need to order delivery or take a train for restaurants, but it's all less then 20 minutes away.
