Escape to a secluded mountainside retreat where nature surrounds you and serenity reigns. Overlooking Lake Wenatchee and the stunning Cascade Mountains, this peaceful haven lets you unplug, recharge, and reconnect with the outdoors. Bordering the National Forest, it’s perfect for grilling, stargazing, or soaking in the private hot tub on our spacious deck.

Inside, enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with spices, coffee, and essentials, plus fast Wi-Fi and several TVs so everyone can wind down their own way after a day of adventure.

Families love the playhouse, Cornhole, Kubb, hammock, kids’ books, and games. Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or watching deer wander past at dusk, this quiet, adventure-ready home offers the peace and joy we’ve come to love and we’re sure you will too.

Guests have access to the entire house, private hot tub, and laundry room. We just ask that you treat our home with care, as you would yours.

**In the winter, you will need 4WD or AWD to access the house - which is on the side of a mountain, especially if there is snow!**

Other things to note
We have plenty of space for up 6 people in three bedrooms. Due to Chelan County STR regulations we cannot accommodate more than 6 people, that includes kids and babies. We can only accommodate 1 dog under 30 lbs per reservation.

**Quite hours: 9pm-6am** The house is on the side of a mountain, and noise carries far. Please be respectful of our neighbors, who are trying to enjoy the peace and quite as well!

**Winter: Four Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive is a must in the snow. The house is partially up a mountain and the driveway is gravel.

**Please note, there are 5 security cameras on our property. 5 exterior and 1 in the garage but guests do not have access to the garage. There are no cameras in the living/private spaces and the exterior cameras do not give a view inside the house.

Neighborhood highlights

We love how quite it is up here. The house sits right on the border of the National Forest so there are not too many houses in the area. You really escape the city noise and lights. The peacefulness of this house is hard to beat, and you'll never see so many stars at night anywhere else when you turn off the lights. There's so much to do around here, from just relaxing with a book on the porch to swimming in the lake, boating, wind surfing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, dirt biking, snow mobile trails, and hiking. Or you could just drive down to downtown Leavenworth and enjoy a good beer!
