The view of Lake Wenatchee and the Cascades from our porch is stunning, especially from our private hot tub! We are a 5 minute drive to the State Park, which has boat ramps, picnic tables, etc. It's perfect for families or couples wanting to get away from the big city. We're about 30 minutes from downtown Leavenworth and Stevens Pass, near all the hiking trails in the area.

The space
We have an amazing view of lake Wenatchee, and the Cascades! Our porch runs the entire length of the house and is fantastic for grilling, as well as soaking in the Hot Tub! The house borders the National Forest which helps make it private. It's serene and beautiful up here. The house has everything you could need: pots/pans, propane and charcoal grill, spices, coffee, toiletries, high speed internet, 3 televisions including a 65" UHD TV positioned in front of two very comfy, reclining La-Z-Boy couches. Our beds are super comfy and you will love the sheets! We have a fantastic playhouse in the living room for the kiddos to play in, as well as a great selection of children’s books. Plenty of board games for the entire family to enjoy. During the summer months there’s plenty of room for playing Corn hole or Kubb in the backyard, or just lounging in the hammock.
We absolutely love staying here and we're sure you will too!

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, private hot tub, and laundry room. We just ask that you treat our home with care, as you would yours.

Other things to note
We have plenty of space for up 6 people in three bedrooms. Due to Chelan County STR regulations we cannot accommodate more than 6 people, that includes kids and babies.

**Quite hours: 9pm-6am** The house is on the side of a mountain, and noise carries far. Please be respectful of our neighbors, who are trying to enjoy the peace and quite as well!

**Winter: Four Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive is a must in the snow. The house is partially up a mountain and the driveway is gravel.

**Please note, there are 5 security cameras on our property. 5 exterior and 1 in the basement. There are no cameras in the living/private spaces and the exterior cameras do not give a view inside the house.
