This high ceiling industrial loft is located in the heart of the historical center of Athens, on the 3d floor of a former clothing factory. It was renovated in May 2016, and its spacious 2 bedrooms can accommodate comfortably up to 6 people. It is ideal for young adventurers, couples and families.

The space
The apartment is located across the historical church of Aghios Dimitrios (Saint Dimitri, a 19th century cathedral) and from the balcony has great views of the Acropolis.

I’m an architect and I recently renovated the entire 3rd floor of the former manufacturing facility and turn into a modern and spacious loft 90m2. It is minimally decorated and fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, A/C, 40’’ LED TV, modern open kitchen, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, iron and hair dryer. Clean bed linen and towels are also provided.
