Located in the heart of Playa's hip 5th Avenue, the condo offers the best of both worlds--close proximity to the Playa's funky bars, open-air restaurants and bohemian art scene, and easy access to the fine white sand beach and blue-green waters. The condo is a quiet oasis in the center of downtown. A beautiful second floor, 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom/2 bath end unit with 2 private balconies overlooking pool and courtyard. The space
Condo - Keyless coded entry for both main entry gate and condo unit door. Cool, calm, and sophisticated space with stylish living room furniture, crisp white walls, and tile floors. Lots of natural light. Great for working remotely with folding desk and high-speed 125+ Mbps Internet with Wifi throughout and by pool. For your comfort, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Each room is individually controlled.

Living Room - Spacious with comfortable new queen sleeper sofa and chair. Includes fast WIFI, new 50" flat screen smart TV, cable, bluetooth sound bar for streaming your favorite music, books, and games for your use during your stay. Private balcony with table and chairs.

Kitchen – Brand new sleek and stylish kitchen that flows through to the dining room. White quartz counters and matching backsplash, bar area with two stools (great as a workspace), modern wood cabinetry, new stainless six burner gas stove/oven, and full-size refrigerator. Includes blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. Starter dish soap, sponge, roll of paper towels, and garbage bags provided. Two five-gallon bottles of drinking water included (additional available from condo or property management for a nominal fee).

Dining Room - Large table with seating for six. Lots of natural light and open to kitchen.

Primary Bedroom - Comfy King bed with new 680 thread count linens. Spacious with lots of closet space. 42" flat screen Smart TV, cable, and laptop safe in closet. Ensuite bathroom and private balcony with table and chairs. Foldable desk for remote working stored in closet.

Guest Bedroom has Queen and Single bed. Each with 680 thread count linens. Spacious with dresser and lots of closet space.

Bathrooms - Clean, bright with glass walk-in showers. Plush bath towels and pool towels. Hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, and two rolls toilet paper per bathroom provided.

Laundry room - Located off the kitchen. New full size gas washer, dryer, and hot water heater. Two beach coolers and ice packs on the utility shelf for your use. Umbrellas behind the door.

Pool: Large, shared pool with child friendly shallow areas.

To encourage responsible electricity usage, we include as a courtesy 20 KW electric usage during stay. Guests are responsible for all electricity consumption after 20 KW. We charge 3.50 MXN pesos per KW used. I will submit a payment request via Airbnb after your departure.

NOTE: Playa is booming, and everyone is building or remodeling throughout the city—including our block and might cause some noise M-F between 9am and 6pm. If emergency repairs or scheduled maintenance is happening within the Playa Kaan complex during your stay we will make every attempt to keep you informed via Airbnb messages as info becomes available to us.
