The space
We completed a full interior decor refresh in February 2026 including fresh paint, new furniture, updated lighting and plumbing fixtures. All the amenities and hosting style remain unchanged. We know guests are going to love the elevated decor!
This bright apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, full bath with tub and shower, laundry room, bedroom with a cozy queen bed, and living room with a West Elm queen sleeper sofa. A perfect space to relax between sightseeing excursions or unwind after a day of business meetings.
If you're looking to veg-out, the entertainment center in the living room has a 4K TV with live TV programming through YouTube TV as well as complimentary HBO Max, Paramount+ and Disney+. You can access your personal Netflix, Hulu and all other accounts through the Roku.
There's also a soundbar where you can enjoy streaming music from your Bluetooth enabled devices while you're relaxing or getting ready for your big night out.
Enter the front door just off your personal parking pad, plug into our EV charger if needed, head up the stairs, and make yourself at home. We're willing to bet you won't want to leave.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire 12 South Carriage House interior space. Guests have a private entrance with a keypad entry. We will program a personal entry code for you to use during your visit. This code is unique to you and will only be active during your stay, adding a level of security and convenience for every guest.
Please note that guests do not have access to the garage storage space located below the apartment. Guests also do not have access to the backyard space of the main house. This space is completely separated from guest space via a privacy fence.
Other things to note
PARKING:
There is a one-car parking space located next to the front door of The Carriage House that is designated specifically for our guests. If you are traveling in an electric vehicle, we have a ChargePoint Homeflex Level 2 EV charger in the parking space. You are welcome to charge your vehicle during your stay! This is a complimentary service for our guests only.
STAIRS:
Please note that this is a second floor unit, so it is not suitable for guests who cannot walk up 1 flight of stairs. Stairs are interior and do have a banister. The space below the unit is a garage that is used for storage only. The garage is not available for guest access/use.
PRIVACY/SOFA BED:
Guests who wish to use the sofa bed as well as the queen bed should note that the doorway between the living room and the bedroom does not have a door, so the spaces cannot be fully closed off from one another which may not fit the privacy preferences of some guests. The bathroom is located off the bedroom area, so guests sleeping on the sofa bed would need to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom.
