My apartment is a 4 star hidden gem next to the sea. It is spacious and cozy with 130 m² there is plenty of space for everyone. It is walking distance from city center, Marina Novi and many great restaurants. You’ll love my place because it's very peaceful and located on a small private road. It's a quiet area surrounded by pine trees which gives a combined fresh and natural aroma of pine and sea.

The space
Novi escape is unique for it's perfect location, hidden for privacy and yet next to the beach. Peaceful garden great for relaxing. Spacious and cozy apartment, as well as for the additional actives we offer. One parking space is provided for one car on the property, any additional car will be parked on the street.

Other things to note
During your stay in Novi Escape, you will find that the town itself has a lot of activities to offer. From day sailing trips to the island of Krk, to sight seeing trips with spectacular views all around the area. Guests of Novi Escape get a 10% discount from Trimaran Sailing trips.
